This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Lumeors website. We provide reliable international shipping services for customers located within the United States. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed, inspected, and packaged within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next working day.
To ensure order accuracy and product quality, every EMS nose clip will undergo strict quality inspection before shipment to guarantee intact and qualified products for delivery.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We provide standard international shipping for all U.S. orders. After order processing and dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 12–15 business days.
The delivery cycle includes international transportation, customs clearance, and local distribution in the United States. All delivery times are estimated and may be slightly delayed due to customs inspection, weather, logistics peak seasons, or carrier operational adjustments, which belong to normal logistics situations.

3. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping Threshold

We offer preferential shipping policies for U.S. customers:
- Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
- Flat Shipping Fee: Orders under $49 will be charged a fixed standard shipping fee, which is displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

4. Remote Area Shipping Description

For remote U.S. regions including Alaska and Hawaii, delivery may take an additional 3–5 business days on the basis of the standard 12–15 working days cycle. Meanwhile, extra remote shipping surcharges may apply, and the specific fee will be synchronously displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking & Shipment Notification

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and official tracking link.
Tracking information usually takes 3–5 business days to be updated and activated on the logistics system due to international transit. If the tracking status is not updated in time, please wait patiently or contact our customer support for assistance.

6. Shipping Delay & Lost Package Handling

- Shipping Delay: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure factors such as customs inspection, bad weather, natural disasters, international logistics adjustments, and holiday congestion.
- Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the logistics carrier after full verification, we will provide a full refund or free reshipment according to your preference.
- Customers are required to check the package in time after delivery. Unclaimed packages resulting in return or loss will not be eligible for free compensation or refund.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only support shipping to addresses within the United States. We do not support international shipping to other regions temporarily. To avoid delivery failure and package loss, we do not ship to PO boxes.
