Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at BeautyONLY! We strive to ensure you love your purchase of our EMS microcurrent nose clip, but we understand that sometimes returns or refunds are needed. This policy outlines our clear terms for returns, exchanges, fees, and refunds for all U.S. customers.

1. Return Eligibility & Fee Rules

We offer a 30-day return window for all orders, counted from the date of delivery. Return eligibility and service fees are divided into the following two situations to comply with U.S. e-commerce regulations:

1.1 Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items (No Fee)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect EMS nose clip, we support free return, full refund or free replacement. No handling fee, no restocking fee will be charged. We will also bear the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.

1.2 Personal Reason Returns (45% Processing Fee Deduction)

If the product is unused, unopened, in original packaging, but you request a return due to personal reasons (such as dislike, unsuitable, impulse purchase, inconsistent expectation, etc.), we support returns within 30 days. A 45% transaction processing fee will be deducted from your total payment amount.
This fee covers bank payment processing fees, platform service fees, overseas logistics and warehousing loss costs incurred during order processing, which is a necessary cost of order operation.
Special Hygiene Regulation: Due to the particularity of personal beauty care devices, all opened, used, worn or altered products are not eligible for return, except for confirmed product quality problems, to ensure public health and safety.

2. Official Return Address (Only Valid Address)

All return packages must be sent to our designated official return address. Returns sent to other addresses will not be accepted, processed or refunded.

After your return application is approved, we will issue an official RMA return authorization number. Please mark the RMA number on the outer package to avoid delay in processing.

3. Return Process

1. Contact Support: Email support@lumeors.com with your order number, return reason, and product photos (required for defective returns).
2. Wait for Approval: We will review your application within 1-2 working days and provide you with RMA number and return instructions.
3. Send Back the Package: Securely pack the product with all original accessories, and send it to the designated return address.
4. Inspection & Refund: We will inspect the item within 3-5 working days after receiving the return package, and process the refund after confirmation.

4. Shipping & Cost Instructions

- Quality problem returns: We bear all return shipping costs, no additional fees.
- Personal reason returns: Customers bear return shipping costs, and 45% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all situations.
- We are not responsible for lost or untracked return packages. Please use official trackable shipping service for returns.

5. Refund Rules & Timeline

- All refunds will be returned to the original payment account.
- For quality problem returns: 100% full refund (excluding original shipping fee).
- For personal reason returns: Refund amount = total payment amount - 45% processing fee - return shipping fee.
- Refunds take 5-10 business days to arrive, depending on the bank and payment platform processing cycle.

6. Non-Returnable Items

- Opened, used, damaged artificially products without quality problems
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Clearance items, promotional free gifts and customized products

7. Product Warranty Policy

All our EMS nose clips enjoy 0.5-year U.S. manufacturer warranty. If the product has functional defects within 1 year of normal use, we provide free replacement or repair service. The warranty does not cover damage caused by artificial misuse, fall, immersion and normal wear and tear.
